new Bucharest law for mandatory mp3 horn in every car

Imagine a mp3 car klaxon mandatory in Bucharest for every car due to a local law. If so you don't wanna miss the opportunity to come here to visit Bucharest .. listen several 100000 different klaxons a day :-)
