romania upgrades: paypal.com and protan factory in titan bucharest
Romania now is available on the Paypal map - check here. this is good news for me.
from my real-life experience in Romania: 2 months ago I left a complaint on a romanian site for the government 'Garda Nationala de Mediu'. today I got a 'recommended letter' for which I had to wait 30 minutes at one of the national postal offices. inside I found with this delay that 'they evaluated my complaint for some trouble smell occurring from time to time in my neighborhood - and found the guilty company'. they applied a penalty, they informed me about the roadmap discussed to improve that factory and to eventually make it fully 'green'. unfortunately I will have to wait until 2015 for the full completion - negociated with the European Union.
but hey - I got a complete documented reply to a complaint left on a website for the government :-) just image-improvements or real change ???

Well i smell the same shit like you ! But i want to tell you that next year they will close Protan ! So lucky us !
The reason? One company will start to develop an residential park in the area and they announce the customers about this !!!!!!!
