unformal swearing conventions

they say swearing at work is now declared good.

i'm not a fun of this. it's not politically correct nor everybody accept or tolerate this. not everybody can be gentle when expressing like this.

but thinking more deeply - i found a "solution": those team-players who feel the need to express feelings to negociate a common dictionary of innocent phrases known by them and not written formally somewhere visible - such that they can use the "accent" to communicate to the others their feelings :-))
