check this Skype subscriptions page (link):
- €2.95/month - unlimited in "a country"
- €3.95/month - unlimited in "europe"
- €8.95/month - unlimited "worldwide"

of course unlimited is actually not so unlimited and worldwide or europe does not include everything.

Romania is missing again :-)
